The guard is manufactured from high-impact injection-moulded plastic, offering excellent strength while remaining lightweight and flexible under impact. It’s paired with a CNC-milled 6061-T6 aluminium replacement wheel spacer, delivering precise fitment and long-term reliability in the harshest riding conditions.
Integrated cooling vents allow airflow across the brake rotor to help regulate disc temperature and maintain consistent braking performance. Installation is quick and straightforward, taking approximately 3 minutes, making it an ideal upgrade for race day or regular maintenance.
Compatible with all KTM aftermarket rims that use 22mm axle spacers, and designed to fit front brake rotors up to 280mm, this disc guard delivers maximum protection with minimal effort.
