Return Policy

We accept returns on most products* for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition**, and must be returned with the original sales receipt. Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

If your return is due to our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.

We will provide a return shipping label for items covered under our Fitment Guarantee, as well as for defective or incorrectly supplied products. For all other returns (such as ordering the wrong part or size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

* Some products may not be eligible for return or may have different return conditions. Please refer to the product description for specific details.

** “New, unused, and unaltered” means the item shows no signs of installation, wear, or damage and includes all original packaging and accessories. Returns that do not meet these conditions may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please expect extended delays over the Christmas/New Year's period. Our website will have all relevant information if extended delays will apply to your order.

Our preferred shipping carrier is Australia Post. Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, we take no responsibility for your order and any delays/damage that may occur during shipping. Please refer to Australia Post for information on shipping delays.

MERCH orders are manufactured each time an order is placed from a third-party Australian local supplier. Production times are normally 7-10 days, with shipping time excluded. Allow two weeks for your Full Boar Racing Merch to arrive.
